The Methodist Children’s Academy offers full-day and after school care in our newly remodeled facilities on the campus of First United Methodist Church at 6 East Wright Street in beautiful downtown Pensacola.
Understanding the benefits of grouping classrooms according to ages and stages of development, we now offer an infant/toddler building and a separate preschool building that houses our two and three year old preschool, as well as our very successful Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program. This restructuring allows us to share resources and ideas, while creating a program focusing on the cognitive development of your children.

Schedule of Payments 2013-2014 School Year
Full Day Program
Full-time, year round program offered for working families. The hours are 7am-5:50pm and the program operates throughout the year with the exception of designated school holidays. See school calendar for closures.
Registration Fee and Tuition
The registration fee is for the school year and is due at registration. The entire registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee for the Infant and One Year Class is $150.00. The registration fee for 2 year old, 3 year old and 4 year old classes is $130.00.
School year is August 18, 2014 – August 11, 2015
Infant Class: $7,560/yearly ($630.00/monthly)
1 Year Old: $7,260/yearly, ($605.00/monthly)
2 Year Old: $6,360/yearly, ($530.00/monthly)
3 Year Old: $5,760/yearly, ($480.00/monthly)
4 Year Old: $ 0/yearly – VPK (Hours 9am-12noon)
4 Year Old: $5,460/yearly ($455.00/monthly) (Hours: 7am – 5:50pm)
Monthly Tuition: Tuition is due the 1st of every month. Tuition payments are delinquent after the 5th of the month, at which time a late fee of $10 will be added to your total. Tuition payments made after the 10th of the month will have an additional $25 late fee applied. Tuition not paid by the end of the month will forfeit your child’s spot in our program. By registering your child, you are agreeing to pay the yearly tuition. If there is any difficulty in reaching this deadline please notify the Child Care Accountant immediately. Please be advised that two returned checks will result in a denial of acceptance of any further payment by check. All future payments will have to be made in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or cash. Payments should be made to Methodist Children’s Academy and placed in the tuition box outside the Director’s office. Payments my mail must be received by the deadline and not just postmarked by the deadline.
